hello everyone here. i'm here to explain how to send sample letters. i have sample letters you can print and send. be sure to check the letters. if it says "dear representatives" - that means it goes to the house of representatives. if letter says "dear senator", that means it goes to the senate
How To Address A Letter Sent Via Fax, double check your letters and make sure you send to the right place. you can copy/paste the whole thing - fill in your name and date, representative names and addresses type in dear senator (insert last name) sign your name on the bottom and send.
you can send by mail, email, or fax. you can call through your videophone at the number listed when you call, give them your name. tell them you want them to support bills 6005 and 6006 we have a post of all the representatives' and mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers some of them have fax numbers too for the representatives and the senators looks like this (shows a paper with a list of information) you can print the letter as is - and fill in the blanks by hand. or you can copy the letter and type it. put in today's date on top
after "the honorable" - write in the senator or representative's first and last names all of their mailing addresses are listed on here after "dear representative" - write down their last name sign your name on the bottom. then send by mail or fax. up to you or copy the contents and send it via email plus call them and ask for their support for bills number 6005 and 6006 do the same thing to the senators. but this time ask for their support for bill numbers 1143 and 1144 keep reminding them to support the bills.
