How To Animate Prezi

with prezi, there are two modes to work with: edit mode and present mode. when you create a new prezi, it will firstopen in edit mode. look at that canvas...so much presentation potential. let’s take a look around, shall we? to move around, either click and drag to pan, or scroll with your mouse or trackpad.

How To Animate Prezi, you can also use the buttons on the rightto zoom in, or out, or back to the overview. from the top menu, you can insert your content, or customize the look of your prezi with a new theme. use the left sidebar to quickly add a newframe to the canvas.

just choose a frame type, and then add itto the canvas by clicking on the thumbnail, or simply drag it wherever you’d like. okay, let’s turn this template into ourpresentation. [fingers snapping] that’s better. over here on the left, you’ll see your path. you can change the order of any path step by dragging it up or down. need to remove a path step? click ‘editpath’, and then hover over a thumbnail and click the red ‘x’. click ‘done’ to close edit mode.

all right! next, let’s check out present mode. just hit ‘present’. your prezi will open up in full screen. click ‘allow’ to allow full screen withkeyboard controls, or cancel to return to edit mode. present mode is designed for you to smoothly navigate through your presentation. all of the menus are automatically hiddento give you a clean space for presenting. click the arrows at the bottom of the screen to move along the path. alternatively, you can also use the left and right arrows on your keyboard.

when you’re in present mode, you can zoom directly to any object by clicking on it. you can also set your prezi to automatically move through your path at 4, 10, or 20 second intervals. to exit your presentation at any time, simply hit the escape key on your keyboard. and that’s edit and present mode. and be sure to check out our learn and support page for more tips on making great presentations.

How To Animate Powerpoint Slide

hello doctor nitin here. in theearlier video we saw how to make a plane fly using simple powerpoint animation. inthis video we'll see how to do exactly the same thing using a new featurecalled morph. this feature is available only if you are a part of a programcalled office insider as of now see the description and the related blog formore details about how to participate in

How To Animate Powerpoint Slide, this program very soon this feature will be released to alloffice 365 proplus customers so lets get started i have the picture of the cloud. i'mgoing to copy and paste it on top of the

plane. now send it back and now we wantthe clouds to be moved backward to give an illusion that the plane is moving forward. i don'twant to expose the slides so i need to make the cloud picture much bigger thanthe slides so that it can move from left to right without exposing the slide. inthe earlier video we had to do animation to make this cloud move from left toright. this time we are going to use morph so all that i need to do is duplicate thislslide right click and duplicate or control d as the shortcut so now that we haveduplicated the slides in the second slide i'm going to go and change theposition of this cloud left to right move it physically so that it is in theintended final position. now we have to apply

the morph transition, so go to transitionjust click on morph. the only thing we have to change now is the duration because usuallythat transition happens in two seconds we want the plane to move nice and smoothlybecause it's in cruise so we change it to thirty seconds. and now i run thepresentation from the first slide the first slide of course has nothing so itsstatic but when i click to go to the next slide it doesn't go directly to thenext slide now it's going to take 30 seconds to manage the change from theprevious slide to the next slide and the only change is the cloud has moved from left to right and that's exactly what it is showing you. another way inwhich i could have used morph is like

this. we have the same kind of slide but theclouds are static the plane is outside the slide on the right side i'm going toduplicate this slide and this time i'm going to make the plane go to other sidewe will use morph again and this time just to shorten the duration i'm goingto do it in eight seconds and let's see how it works obviously at this stage in the previousslide the plane is not even shown but when i click to go to the next slideplane is going to move from left to right nicely and smoothly and it's going to goout of the screen as expected so that's

all for now i will create moreinteresting videos about the new morph feature but in the meantime if you likethis particular video please share it with your friends and colleagues and subscribe to this channel as well as my blog efficiency365.com thank you

How To Animate Powerpoint 2016

action buttons are a lot like hyperlinks in powerpoint.they can be used to connect to another slide, file, email address, or web page, except theygive you a button to click instead of a link. the buttons are actually built-in shapes thatcan be found on the insert tab - on the same menu as the rest of the shapes. you'll findthem at the very bottom in a section of their own.

How To Animate Powerpoint 2016, because action buttons are so easy to understand, they're especially useful for self-running presentations. i plan to leave this presentationup for an entire afternoon, so new employees can re-watch it if they need to, or go backto review a specific slide. a few of the action buttons should be familiarto you from browsing the internet, like home,

back, and next. to insert one, click to selectit, then draw the shape where you want it on your slide. now we can define the settings for the actionbutton. i'm going to leave this one as is, which means it'll hyperlink to the next slidewhen the user clicks it, basically starting the presentation. click ok to save and closethe window. to go back and edit the button, all you haveto do is click the action command. why don't we go to the mouse over tab this time, andadd a sound that'll play as soon as the user mouses over the button, before they even clickit. you can also customize the way the actionbutton looks by going to the format tab. remember,

it's just a shape, so you can change everythingfrom the color and style to the shape itself. you don't even have to use one of the predefinedaction buttons. i have something else in mind for the restof my presentation. it involves this list of topics (sort of like a home page), andan action button that users can click to come back here any time, no matter what slide they'reon. to add this special button to every slide, we're going to go to the view tab first, wherewe can switch to slide master. now select the first one on the list, andcontinue to the insert tab to follow the same steps as before. why don't we use the home button this time?

instead of hyperlinking to the first slide, which is the title slide, i want to link to the topics slide. so i’ll select slide…and then click the one i want to link to. now you may have noticed that the home buttonisn’t appearing on some of the layout slides, but there’s an easy way to fix that. justuncheck hide background graphics. depending on what theme you’re using, youmay need to tweak a few things in the slide master view to get all of your slides lookingthe way you want. when you’re finished close the master view.now our little action button to return home appears on every slide. let's check it outin slide show view to see how it all comes together.

there's that drum roll, triggered when i mouseover the button. it takes us to the next slide like it's supposed to and the home buttonappears to be working too. adding action buttons to your slides is a fantastic way to makeyour presentation fun and easy to navigate.
