depending on which device you've got, you need to use one of three different-sized sim cards. most older devices use thestandard size sim card. the micro-sim is about half its size andwas first used the iphone 4. nano sim cards are about 40% smaller.they're used in quite a few newer devices like the iphone 5, 6 and samsung galaxys6.

there's couple of things you can do. you can visit one of our stores and they'll be able to give you the correct sized sim card or you can get a sim adapter. a sim adapter is a rectangular piece ofplastic and you can mount your existing sim card onto, making it the right sizefor your device. making sure you've got an adapter that fits your sim, lie theadapter on a flat surface with the gold side of the sim facing upwards. take yoursim and gently slot into place until it's flush to the adapter insert the adapter into your device you're now ready to use your device withthe sim card.
