hello guys! for this video i would like to show you some quick tricks on how to study from powerpoint slides. to use an outline to study,
How To Animate Highlight In Powerpoint, all you have to do is open powerpoint click the "view" tab and select "outline view". now, you can open a new word document
and copy and paste that outline. now that your powerpoint slides are all in text format, you should feel free to add your own notes to complete the presented information. using notes pages in powerpoint is a good method if your professor hands out powerpoints with only concepts or key sentences that you need to complete. all you need to do is click the "view" tab
and select "notes pages". now, you can freely add your lecture notes in class without having to migrate that information into a word document. using slides sorter to customize order is important when you're trying to transform a powerpoint handout into your own studying materials. all you have to do is click the "view" tab select "slides sorter"
and move slides according to your needs. notice how your new selected order remains the same when you shift to normal view again. using comments is also possible in powerpoint and is good to attach questions or small notes to highlighted parts of the powerpoint slides. all you need to do is click "review" tab enable "show coments"
select the part of the text you want to comment and type in your comments. if you prefer to study in paper format, i have a few printing tips for you. click on "file" and "print" and notice how you have different printing settings according to the view formats we have seen before. you can either print your notes pages, a direct outline from powerpoint
print the full slides, or print three slides with lines for handwritten notes. this last one is a good method if you want to study the powerpoint slides in advance and bring them to class with you to complete them with lecture notes. don't forget to subscribe for more study tips and i'll see you on my next video. bye!
