How To Address A Recommendation Letter Envelope, follow these steps to load plain white paperinto the printer. first, raise the input tray. lower the output tray. pull out the tray extender.

align a stack of paper by tapping it on a flat surface. load plain white paper into the input tray with the short edge down and the print side up. slide the paper width guide inward until itstops at the edge of the paper. do not push the guide in so tightly that itstarts to bend the paper. follow these steps to load photo paper into your printer. load a stack of photo paper into the input tray slide the stack of paper in until it stops. if the photo paper you use has perforated tabs,

load the paper so the tabs are on top. do not leave any photo paper in the inputtray after you finish printing. the quality of the paper might deteriorate. place photo paper in a sealed bag and storein a cool, dark place. follow these steps to load envelopes into your printer. do not load more than five envelopes at one time. do not use shiny or embossed envelopes orenvelopes that have clasps or windows. load the envelopes into the right side ofthe input tray until they stop. make sure the print side is facing up, andthe flap is on the left.
