How To Add Two Mixed Fractions In Java

practice set 30, problem one. using the wind chill chart answer these questions. question one says, what is the wind chill temperature and how many degrees below the temperature reading is this reading when the temperature is20degrees

How To Add Two Mixed Fractions In Java, and the wind speed is 10 mph? to answer this we're going to use the wind chill chart that's provided in the book. here ihave a copy of it. i need to identify the wind speed that'sgiven in the problem

which is 10 mph. wind speed isin this first column so i'm interested in where the 10 mph wind intersects with the temperatures which are listed across the horizontal access of this table. the temperature given in the problem was 20 degrees, so i'm interested where those 2 values intersect. if you read across and read down the windchill temperature with thoseconditions

feels like 3 degrees. the second partof the question asks how many degrees below thetemperature reading is this? so the difference between whatthe thermometer says 20 degrees and feels like 3 degrees is the 17degree difference between the two.
