the resources folder contains a file namedpaper.tiff, a multi-image tiff file that you can edit to change the background textureor color of the notes app. also; within the resources folder, there arevarious folders for the country code of your system and they all contain a plist file named defaultfonts, a text file that you canedit if you want to change or add additional fonts to the default font list in notes. the default country code folder to use forthe us is en.lproj and uk.lproj for the uk. basically; edit the plist file in the folderaccording to your mac's country code setting.
