How To Animate On Google Slides

hi this is helen i'm going to show youhow to create shared google presentation or slides in you drive you click on new and select google slides when you do that it creates a new

How To Animate On Google Slides, untitled presentation and you canchoose the theme i'm just going to choose simple lightand say okay now it has started a slidepresentation and it's created the first slide

so i'm going to do with this and call it group task and i'm going to go up to slide and create new slide and i'm going to callthis group one and i'll put the names of the students mary, alex, juan and mike next then i create a new slide and i'm going to call this group two and put the names of thestudents jasmine and costa

helen then i go up to the slide new slide and call this group 3 max, elias, amanda and mitra and so now what i have is i havethree groups what i will then do is share it and i canshare this: and i'm going to call it group

task for my class - say my class is educ 2000 so i 'm going to save and here enter the names ofeither the individual students or i can share it with my class alias so say i wanted to share it withmy class alias list i would include thealias of the class there and then i would add a note and i would sayhi folks here is the

presentation we are going to work on as a group and when i'm done i say send and itwill send an email to all the students in theclass letting them know that our group slidesready for them to use for our group presentation. what thestudents will do then is -- i'm actually to going cancel that because i don't want to send it right now what the students will then do is inclass they will come in and each group ofstudents goes to their slide

and they work on this slide creating -- they will sometimes use the notes for general points they want to make and they might also use a chat window tochat with each other but if they're in the same room at the same time they don't need to use the chat window what they then do is they create highlights of their presentation -- so the key points key points the detail goes in the notes below andthe summary of the presentation

what their group is decided on goes onthe slide and each group does the same thing. so that's how to create shared slides for students to work on ingroups simultaneously either when they're inthe same room or even at a distance
