hi, i'm attempting a text animation video,but not using that slick, fancy, colorful, multi-font, non-type-o software. it costs something,though, and this... is free. so, if you want or need that slick stuff.... what i'm trying to do is test if this is aworkable solution.
How To Animate Handwriting In Photoshop, i'm drawing with a wacom bamboo tablet, it'susb cable to pc. what's nice is that in linux, it doesn't requireany drivers, and i'm using the free graphics program called,"gimp." it is cross-platform so, um, you know, it'savailable in mac
and windows too and i'm also using blender,same free and available cross-platform. the speed is achieved by capturing this at5 frames per second and running it at 30 fps that's a big increaseand i hope it can match my voice-over. (drawing a face facing a microphoneon a mic stand with a mike cable going to a box with letters pc on it)it seems to be doing decent already. i was working at 7 fps andit wasn't reall keeping up. that fancy software also supplies very nicestick figures, and
faces and all kinds of cute stuff that i can'tdo so quickly, maybe sometime. (draws stick figures, tiny houses, and a pinetree) hope you might also try this with your owncombo of video capture, video editor, drawing application, mouse ortablet. have fun. good luck. the end. oh, please subscribe.
