How To Airdrop Links

when you’re trying to put together somethingthat stands out whether its a poster, a graphic for your website, power point presentation,or a business card, it’s nice to have a font that stands out. and that is where fontsquirrel is your new best friend. not every font on font squirrel is free, but, most ofthem are and you literally have thousands of fonts to choose from. today in this shortvideo i’m going to show you how i like to

How To Airdrop Links, navigate this site and how to install a font as you can see here there are tons of waysto search through font squirrel, but i usually like to start by isolating the results tolocal only. otherwise many times you may be redirected to other websites where you usuallyneed to either pay for it, or will need to

sign up for some service. trust me: unlessyou fall in love with a particular font, just keep it local. as you scroll you’ll see these two abbreviations:ttf and otf. i don't want to bore you with definitions, just know they’re both fine, but typically otf is an indication of a better font. by the way, font squirrel does workfor both mac’s and windows pc’s. when you find a font that you want, just downloadit and you’ll find it appears in your downloads folder as a zip file. just double click onthe file to unzip it and you should see it right here. sometimes you’ll have more thanone file. like this one here. just go one at a time and double click on the file andthen click “instal font”

if you get any error messages which does happenoccasionally, you can usually safely ignore the error. finally, if you want to see some of our favoritefonts, i’ll put links to a bunch of them in the description of this video. thanks forwatching, be sure to subscribe to our youtube channel if you haven’t already done so andwe’ll see you need time. this is david a. cox with tech talk america. class dismissed.
