first ensure that your ios device and computer are connected to the same network since ios7 the airplay button has been moved to the control centre. to access it simply swipe upwards from any screen, tap airplay, choose your receiving device and turn the mirroring switch on. to disconnect from airserver, tap the name of your ios device. airserver, available from www.airserver.com
