ok so first toby what you have to dois use your stethoscope you got a great in your ears. here and then put it righthere on the baby's heart to hear his heart beat. there we go! he's got a nice and healthy.. ouch! uh oh. gotta watch out babies wiggle and now i'll check little baby adam. awe. and he's a good boy too! and since adam is a newborn he doesn't wiggle as much as eli. ok next. toby we gotta check the baby's ear. you want to kind of put this rightinside their ear. you want to look for

red, to make sure they don't have anear infection. now can you try that on eli. why so okay here we go. i'm sorry they're wiggly.oh and sometimes they don't like it - and another really important thing withbabies was taking care of their teeth noq little baby adam doesn't have teethyet but guess who does? eli! he's got a little tooth. let's check it out you've got just onelittle baby - right underneath his time so we gotta brush his teeth ok so this nice little soft toothbrush. see it's a little tickelish but soft

i'll squirt on this one with toothpaste and we just got to brush this little tooth so they kind of like...ha do you like it? yeah do you like it. but they like chewing . then my kidsalways liked chewing on my finger you want to try toby. so you gottabrush their teeth as soon as they get teeth you got to brush them. so they don't get cavities. you got it onyour finger. do you want to use your thumb? can be careful. babies bite. oh you look so happy that's adorable. now toby the last thing i want toshow you is with newborns sometimes they get clogged tear ducts so they geta little bit of a goopy eye

so usually when adam wakes up one ofhis eyes is a little goopy just because his tear ducts haven't developed yet so what i usually do in the mornings asi just grabbed a wet rag and i just kinda wipe off his eye a little bit there we go there's one thing aboutgoober and here's the other sometimes a kind ofstick a little bit here. want to wipe his eye? be really soft here we go here we go yeah he's a little better hey are you happynow

he's like yeah i can see well i hope everybody learned a littlebit today about being a baby doctor and toby did such a great job
