the dandy community that a couple walking in the woods heard a baby crying and discovered the child " unclothed and wrapped in a beach towel" according to a search warrant affidavit. it goes on to say that


detectives learned 18 year old viktoria williams was "rumored to have recently been pregnant" and went to her job where she admitted the child was hers. "she indicated that she had given birth


to the child at home on friday, 9/21/12 in the early morning hours. williams also admitted to abandoning the child in the woods near her home on friday afternoon." runs=:10
