and henry born in 1992. she was fiercly protectiveof her private life - initially refusing to reveal the name of her son after his birth. she was appointed order of the british empirein 1997 and made a commander of the order of the british empire in 2008 her loss if being felt up and down the country,with many famous faces sharing their thoughts on her.. david cameron has said victoria wood was anational treasure loved by millions. james corden said she was so brilliantly talented,and it's a sad day. sarah millican called her a true comedy icon.


julian clarey said she always made him howlwith laughter and ricky gervais said she was innovative,funny and down to earth - adding it's not been a good year.
