hi, i'm laura, from youngwritersworkshops.com,and i'm going to talk about how to write a complaint letter. i say, approach it creatively.think about a way that you can say it, whatever your complaint is, in a way that brings itaround to make the other person see your side. i think you'll get a lot farther, if you workhard to make sure that, while you recognize the other person's side, that you're complainingto, you also present your side creatively.


How To Address A Letter Of Complaint, use details. if there's a dog barking everynight at 3:00 a.m, describe how you feel, to hear that sound of dogs, waking you upat 3:00 a.m. make your problem come alive, and it will really get the attention of theperson you're complaining to. i'm a big proponent of using proper grammar, and spelling everythingright. if you can spell check, or get someone


else to proofread your letter, just to makesure that you're using a good format, and proper english. that will really help a lot.people take you more seriously, when you edit well and have polished work. lastly, closepolitely, as politely as you can, even if you're angry. try and stay on the high road.use a cordial greeting, and ask for whatever it is that you're trying to achieve, in thiscomplaint letter. ask again, in a polite way, and close it with a sincere concluding statement.i think you'll find that by writing a clear and creative complaint letter, you'll getyour result, you'll be more likely to get the result that you want, so those are someideas, about how to write a complaint letter.
