How To Access Icloud Photo Sharing, and access all of the files within it. step 1: you need launch the dropbox websiteby going to dropbox.com or in your taskbar there is an icon that youcan click on -

the little blue dropbox logo. there is an option to launch the website. that will bring you to the dropbox web interface. you want to click on the sharing tab and then the new shared folder button. here it will ask you if you want to createa new folder to share or choose an existing one. i will go ahead and create a new folder. then it will ask you to enter the person’sname or

email address that you are collaborating with. then click share folder. now that has created a new shared folder. okay. here is the folder showing up in mydropbox. it does not have anything in it. i have this stuff in my documents folder - just some text documents, a subfolder, anda picture. say you wanted to share all this stuff. you just copy and paste it into the new, sharedfolder.

once the person accepts your share request, this will get synchronized into their dropboxaccount. some other things to note: if both of you were to edit one of these documentsat the same time, then it is not going to try to merge the changestogether. it will create two different copies. it does that just to make sure it does notoverride anything. you also cannot share a folder within yourpublic folder, because it is already shared.

and you cannot share a folder within a sharedfolder, because once you share the parent folder, any subfolders contained within the sharedfolder are already shared. on the dropbox website, you can go to the options for your sharedfolder, and you can see the status of whether or not the people you invited have accepted yourrequest. once they have, it will start to sync everythingup. you can uninvite them or reinvite them.

they can also share this folder. once they accept this, they can share this folder with anyone that they want. just be aware of that. and also, all of the members of the sharedfolder are able to edit, access, and delete files. only the creator is able to remove members from the shared folder. thanks for watching.
