within iphoto there is the option of having photostream open this will communicate with your ipod, ipad and will download all the latest pictures within your photo shoot and problem with using thisoption dragging them all in and out can be a little time consuming
How To Access Icloud Photo Library On Mac, and a little inefficient we are going to use a lit tip to view these files on your mac when ever you take a photo on photo stream whether or not you've open iphoto it will be downloaded to your mac
at the earliest opportunity finder open here and i can view these files taken from myipad my iphone and anything in the photo stream directly by selecting go, go to folder option and i type in ~/library /application support /ilifeassestmanagment the path is within the comments
i've in this folder select assets and then select sub this is where photo stream will store all the files and folders it saves from your ios devices have a image in my desktop from my ipad now i can search for all these imagesquickly using spotlight, i've just noticed and otherfiles randomly appeared thats the latest file from my iphone if i type kind:
put in a colon and select images it will now find every image it can find if i select sub. its now only going to search within that folder i can see every single image in that sub folder it represents my photostream, quite nifty.i can drag these images out as i want without having to use iphoto its a quick way of actually savingthese images out if i press the save here
we can save this search slept safe now i can click on his partin now i can click on this button anytime i want it may take two seconds load and there is a little bug which you have to correct, if you rightclick on the sidebar then select show searchcriteria and set the kind from other to image it will do this correctly now press save
and it will search these files within the sub folder it will pick these files out correctly
