How To Access Icloud Keynote On Ipad

hi this is gary with macmost now. let's takea look all of today's apple announcements. so we got a lot of new products today. somewe expected and some we didn't. so let's start off by looking at the mac and the releaseof mavericks. we all expected there to be something todayabout the release of mavericks. either it would be released today or later this week.it turned out to be today! but the big surprise

How To Access Icloud Keynote On Ipad, is that not only is it today but it is free.so apple went from the $100+ update to $10 update to now mavericks is free. you can actuallyeven have snow leopard and upgrade all the way to mavericks with the mac app store anddo it for free. so that will be available sometime today, perhaps by the time you seethis, at the mac app store for you to update.

now free seemed to be a theme today becauseapple also announced updates for all of what were formerly known as ilife and iwork apps.so were are talking about imovie, iphoto, garageband, pages, numbers, and keynote. appleannounced updates for all of those for both mac and for ios and announced that they arenow free apps. so you will be able to download from the mac app store and from the itunesios store for free. there are some new looks, new features, thingsthat we are going to have to look into over the next few days as people play around withthese new apps. also iwork for icloud which are versions of pages, numbers, and keynoteon the web, there are going to be new features there too including collaboration featuresas well.

now on the mac hardware side apple announcednew macbook pros. not only do these have slightly newer specs but also they have price drops.so now the lower end 13" starts at $1299 and the higher end 15" macbook pro starts at $1999. apple also finally announced pricing for thenew mac pro and gave us a release window of december. the new mac pro will start at $3000and that's with a quad core processor and all the basics. i'm sure it will go up quitea bit from there. we will probably see more detailed pricing in the apple store websitesometime between now and then. finally, on the ipad side as expected we havenew ipads. one of the things expected was that the ipad mini will now have retina displayand it does and a little bit of a price increase

to go with that. so it is going to be $400for the ipad mini with the retina display. apple is going to keep the older ipad miniaround at $300. so you can get non-retina ipad mini with the previous processor in itfor $300. for $400 you can get the new one with the retina display and also the a7 chip.that is the same chip that is in the new iphone. in addition, the new ipad is going to havethe a7 chip in it as well but what is the big surprise is the change of name. insteadof the 5th generation ipad or just continuing to be called the ipad it is now going to becalled ipad air to go along with the new thinner design. these new ipads, well the ipad air will beavailable starting november 1st which i am

sure there will be a launch at the apple stores.the ipad mini, the new one with the retina display, will be available later in the monthof november. also the ipads are going to come in colorsnow. you are going to be able to get the light colored one, the silver/white one, or thedark colored space gray/black one. so you have even more options now. and you have theoption as just before to get say lte with them and different memory levels as well. i am going to keep this short so if you arelooking for details just go to apple's website. they will have all the tech specs for allthese things up there and i am sure there will even be pre-ordering for the ipad atsome point and ordering for the products that

are available today such as the macbook pro. until next time this is gary with macmostnow.
